This is an obvious decision:
randy moss is a proven reciever minus his few years in oak which shouldnt' count cause of his horrible team as a whole, who could produce there?
calvin is unproven and has a worse qb throwing to him brady is a proven stud every year
however, i predict calvin johnson will be the greatest receiver ever if detroit can develop him correctly, big IF unfortunately

Sir, remember, Moss is in New England now. Tom Brady has been probable every week for the last 3 years. Do not read too much into that.

For week 1, I would start Moss because Calvin Johnson, as good as he is expected to be, is not even amongst the starting receivers on Detroit this week. Sure, he may get touches from the bench, but they are playing in Oakland. As bad as that team's front office is, their defense is nice, and I think they will have something to prove week 1.

The Pats, on the other hand, will be in a battle with the Jets, and although Brady does spread the ball, you know Moss will get his. Plus, Kitna has a lot of options too, so he will be spreading the ball as well.

Go with Randy Moss this week until you get a better idea how Calvin Johnson will be used later on this year.
