They have a dominating defense that can shut down most offenses if they arn't worn down by the third quarter. The big problem is the offense that had a weak line, Johnson hurt, and a struggling young QB. this year should improve things. I have them winning their division, but going down in the playoffs pretty quickly.

If larry johnson returns to form and stays healthy i think they'll go 8-8 but with that o-line,brodie croyle and a mediocre d i seriously doubt a playoff appearance.

Remember Chiefs fans... this is a Herm Edwards coached team and the guy is a fine coach. He will get these guys ready to play and fired up emotionally. He's building something special here in KC.

Maybe it doesn't translate to playoffs just yet, but hang in there... they could surprise more than a few folks this year.

Also - Croyle gets a lot of grief but you have to think Herm knows what he's doing. The kid has only played one season and it takes time for QB's to grasp and mature in certain NFL systems.

Yeah, Romo, Rothlesberger are exceptions, but their systems allowed them to learn on the job and put up numbers. Big Ben has also had to change his game and learn new systems... teams are starting to catch up to the Cowboys - and Romo has to do more and different things as well.

It's a process at QB that unfolds certain ways. Trust the Herm. You're going to beat some teams people think you shouldn't.

Take it to the ATM! LJ is baaaaaaaaaack!
