Default Should The Miami Dolphins Make Darren McFadden Their 1st Overall Pick?

That's not exactly what they need but i've read he's the best overall and the fins could trade brown or even McFadden for another draft selection.
I thought they were going to trade down with the cowbows for their two 1st round selections...any thought on that?

no not even a thought.with the dolphins situation they need to focus on their need and the least of them is running back. i see either of these 2 getting drafted by the dolphins: matt ryan or jake long they have the option of either developing josh mccown(which the probably wont with his age) and getting jake long to give him protection. or the smart option getting matt ryan and give ted ginn jr and greg camarillo the the qb they need to develop and wrs and matt ryan him self.

NO!!!!! Miami dolphins have a great RB. He led the NFL with most TD. With parcells leading the way, now they need Chris Long. They have the offense, but the defense needs improvement.

I dont see Parcells missing out on the first pick of the draft. Their run defense was awful and if they wanna win any games they need to sure up that defensive line or improve their linebacking corps, I can't name anybody in that group (joey porter is how old?)

I just dont see Miami passing up on Chris Long, especially if Jason Taylor stays, they have a chance to have 2 productive ends this season. In a division with Tom Brady they need Long to make a statement.

McFadden is probably the ahtlete prone to make the biggest impact early in his career but Miami will only spend a pick on him if they feel Ronnie Brown can't recover well from his injury (or if Parcells isn't high on him from jump).

I also think Jerry Jones is trying to stir things up. His secondary is trash, he's not gonna miss out on getting talent in the secondary by trading up for McFadden.

No because what they should try to do is to get more defensive players & offensive linemen. Especially some defensive backs.

Dorsey or Chris Long, might as well improve the defensive line
