Definitely the Baron/Wade/Garnett combo.
Chris Paul struggles with bigger point guards (such as Deron and Billups), and seeing that Baron is the biggest and strongest point guard in the league, Paul would definitely have his hands full- Baron would be able to post him up all day, and while Davis wouldn't be able to contain Paul either, it's not as much as a mismatch.
Wade is easily better than Ray Allen- younger, far more explosive at getting to the basket, and a better defender: particularly at help defense (getting steals/blocks). There is no way an aging Ray Allen would be able to guard Wade- who has one of the quickest first steps in the league, and is unbelievably good at getting to the rim.
And Garnett against Duncan is basically a wash- they are pretty equal offensively- Garnett prefers to shoot fadeaways and from the perimeter, while Duncan plays inside more. Both are great defensively (Garnett's the better man to man defender, Duncan's the better help defender), and neither player has ever really had an edge over the other head to head- so no advantage.
