I've been hearing this rumor for about 2 weeks now. Is it true? And what do you guys think of it?

What up $pade,

Haven't heard that rumor- and am wondering what the Suns would have to give up to get him. He kind of fits their system- but i think Melo is a "ball-stopper" and i am not sure that if you offered like Barbosa, Diaw, etc. that would be enough for Denver- they were that close to getting Richard Jefferson and a high pick. And i can't imagine the Suns offering Nash or Stoudemire.

Personally i don't care for Carmelo. i think he's a "blackhole" and he's a "me first" type of guy-- and i don't think he helps their chemistry in the locker-room (particularly) with a new coach- and he'd have to get used to being the #2 maybe even the #3 guy in Phoenix. Unless you can get him for really cheap- i don't think it's a good deal.

Naw, the Suns are bad enough without another looser. Afterall, they just got rid of their looser coach. That means they only need to get rid of "Little Stevie Flopper" and they can start to build a decent team. Of course, they also will need a complete makeover of their stinking fans.
